This report presents the results of our audit of the Small Business Administration's (SBA) Application of Insurance Offsets for Gulf Coast Disaster Loans. The objective of the audit was to whether SBA properly reduced Golf Coast Hurricanes loan balances to reflect flood and hazard insurance offsets.
