Instructions for Debenture Draw Application

This memorandum of instructions provides the information necessary for an SBIC to request a draw against the SBA's commitment to guarantee debenture leverage. Since the funding process is an expedited one, all steps must be completed by the specified times and deadlines in order for SBA to consider your request for funds.
