Spurring Business in Communities Act of 2017 Guidance

The U.S. Small Business Administration is providing the following guidance to all potential applicants to the Small Business Investment Company ("SBIC”) program. This guidance is effective immediately, including with respect to any applicants currently in the SBIC licensing queue.
