504 First Mortgage Loan Pool Program Fees Effective On October 1, 2011

Each year SBA reviews the fees payable to SBA by the participants of its financial assistance programs to determine if they are sufficient to cover the estimated costs of operating these programs. The purpose of this notice is to announce the fees effective October 1, 2011, for the 504 First Mortgage Loan Pools (504 FMLP) approved during FY 2012.

For the 504 FMLP pools approved on or after October 1, 2011, the “Ongoing Guarantee Fee” collected by SBA on an ongoing basis will be increased from 0.245 percent (24.5 basis points) to 0.7440 percent (74.4 basis points) of the outstanding balance of the 504 FMLP pools. This Ongoing Guarantee Fee is imposed pursuant to 13 CFR § 120.1702 and Section 503 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

The 504 FMLP is currently scheduled to end on September 23, 2012.
