SBA Disaster Loan Outreach Center in Lackawanna County, PA will Close Tuesday Due Inclement Weather

ATLANTA – The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced today it will close the Disaster Loan Outreach Center (DLOC) in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, Tuesday, Feb. 13 due to inclement weather.  The Center will resume normal operation on Wednesday, Feb. 14 and will close permanently Thursday, Feb. 15 at 4 p.m.  

Until then, SBA’s friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives at the Disaster Loan Outreach Center will assist business owners complete their disaster loan application, accept documents for existing applications, and provide status on loan applications.

Applicants may apply online and receive additional disaster assistance information at SBA.gov/disaster. Applicants may also call SBA’s Customer Service Center at (800) 6592955 or email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov for more information on SBA disaster assistance. For people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability, please dial 7-1-1 to access telecommunications relay services.  

The filing deadline to return applications for physical property damage is March 25, 2024. The deadline to return economic injury applications is Oct. 25, 2024.
