ATLANTA – The U.S. Small Business Administration, Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience, in partnership with the RI District Office, invites small business owners and non-profits to participate in an online disaster information workshop on Friday, Jan. 19, at 10 a.m.
The SBA has a goal of helping businesses minimize the risk of disaster and acquire resources to repair, rebuild and recover when disasters strike. “Our team is committed to supporting events like these where the business community can ask questions and get started on the road to recovery with SBA’s help,” said Catherine Marx, RI Acting District Director.
Businesses and non-profits are eligible to take part in this free event to learn about the benefits of a Disaster Loan. Whether you’re recovering from a declared disaster or planning, this workshop will educate attendees on how an SBA disaster loan works, along with additional mitigation funding available to help businesses build back better and more resilient, and how to apply.
Date: Friday, Jan. 19th @ 10 a.m.
