ATLANTA – The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced today the opening of an SBA Disaster Loan Outreach Center (DLOC) at the Nisky Shopping Center, 8000 Nisky Center, Suite 720, St. Thomas, on Tuesday, March 20. SBA staff remains in St. Thomas to assist survivors impacted by Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
SBA representatives at the Disaster Loan Outreach Center (DLOC) can provide information about disaster loans, answer questions and assist in completing the SBA application. The Center is located as indicated below and will operate until further notice:

Applicants may apply online using the Electronic Loan Application (ELA) via SBA’s secure website at DisasterLoan.sba.gov .
