The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced the relocation of the Business Recovery Center from the Columbus County Community Farmers Market, 132 Government Complex Road, Whiteville, NC 28472 to the Econo Lodge, 503 N. JK Powell Blvd, Whiteville, NC 28472 as indicated below:

Opens: Thursday, Nov. 29 at 12:00 noon
Hours: Friday, Nov. 30,  10 a.m. - 6p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 1,  10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Monday, Dec. 3  – Friday, Dec. 7, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Closed: Sundays
SBA representatives at the Center can provide information about disaster loans, answer questions and assist applicants in completing the SBA application and provide help with the appeal process.
Applicants may apply online using the Electronic Loan Application (ELA) via SBA’s secure website at

To be considered for all forms of disaster assistance, applicants should register online at

or download the FEMA mobile app. If online or mobile access is unavailable, applicants should call the FEMA toll-free helpline at 800-621-3362. Those who use 711-Relay or Video Relay Services should call 800-621-3362.
