The U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced today that the Business Recovery Center (BRC) in

St. Johns County

located at the Wind Mitigation Building, 3111 Agricultural Center Drive, St. Augustine, FL 32092 will cease operations on

Wednesday, Oct. 11

at the close of business.  The nearest Center is located as indicated below.

Duval County

Beaver Street Enterprise Center
Jacksonville, FL 32204
Hours:   Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Closed: Sundays
Businesses that sustained physical losses or economic injury due to Hurricane Irma are encouraged to submit an SBA disaster loan application.  SBA representatives at Business Recovery Centers (BRCs) can provide information about disaster loans, answer questions and help businesses in completing the SBA application.
“The SBA is committed to facilitating economic recovery in this disaster.  We want area businesses to have a resource where they can meet individually with SBA representatives and find out how a low-interest disaster loan can help them recover,” said Frank Skaggs, director of SBA’s Field Operations Center East in Atlanta.
To be considered for all forms of disaster assistance, applicants should register online at

or download the FEMA mobile app.  If online or mobile access is unavailable, applicants should call the FEMA toll-free helpline at 800-621-3362. Those who use 711-Relay or Video Relay Services should call 800-621-3362.
