ATLANTA –The U.S. Small Business Administration announced today that its Disaster Loan Outreach Center in Maryland will be closed on Sept. 5 in recognition of Labor Day. The Center will resume normal operation on Tuesday, Sept. 6.
SBA reminds businesses of all sizes, private nonprofit organizations, homeowners, and renters in Maryland of the Oct. 11 deadline to submit disaster loan applications for damages caused by heavy rains and flooding on July 30, 2016.
Low-interest disaster loans are available in Howard County and the adjacent counties of Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Montgomery and Prince George’s in Maryland .
SBA’s Customer Service Representatives are available at the center to answer questions from businesses and residents about the disaster loan program and help survivors complete their applications.
The Center is located in the following community and is open as indicated:

Hours: Weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Applicants may apply online using the Electronic Loan Application (ELA) via SBA’s secure website.
