– The U.S. Small Business Administration announced today that a Disaster Loan Outreach Center will open on Tue., June 14 at the Walthall County Courthouse as indicated below.

Hours: Weekdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Sat., June 18, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

SBA’s customer service representatives will be available at the Center to help businesses and residents affected by the torrential rains and flooding on March 9 – 14 to apply for the SBA low-interest disaster loans. Yesterday, the SBA announced the disaster declaration covering Walthall County and the adjacent counties of Lawrence, Lincoln, Marion and Pike in
Mississippi;
and Washington Parish in
Louisiana
.
Applicants may apply online using the Electronic Loan Application (ELA) via SBA’s secure website at
