Borrowers from the loan types listed below, who are trying to view their loan or make payments using the MySBA Loan Portal (lending.sba.gov) can contact MySBA Loan Portal Customer Service at 833-572-0502, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday, or email cls@sba.gov. Closed on all federal holidays. MySBA Loan Portal Customer Service cannot access your individual loan information.

Disaster assistance
- For assistance with SBA disaster loans (including physical loss and non-COVID EIDL), please email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov.
- You can also call 800-659-2955 from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday. If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability, please dial 7-1-1 to access telecommunications relay services.
- After a declared disaster, SBA operates Disaster Recovery Centers where you can get in-person assistance. Walk-ins are accepted, but you can schedule an in-person appointment at an SBA Disaster Recovery Center in advance.
COVID-19 relief programs
COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)
Please call COVID-19 EIDL Customer Service at 833-853-5638 (TTY: 711), email COVIDEIDLServicing@sba.gov, or send a message through the MySBA Loan Portal. COVID-19 EIDL Customer Service is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Closed on all federal holidays.
When emailing SBA, remember to always include your loan or application number as well as reason for request in the email subject line. In the body of the email, include your loan or application number, reason for request, business name, applicant name and contact information.
Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan forgiveness
PPP is closed. Borrowers who need assistance with direct forgiveness can call SBA at 877-552-2692 from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. Closed on all federal holidays. The call center can only assist direct forgiveness applicants.

Shuttered Venue Operators Grant (SVOG) portal
SVOG is no longer accepting new applications. For technical assistance with the SVOG portal, existing awardees can call the SBA Disaster Assistance Customer Service center at 800-659-2955 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday. If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability, please dial 7-1-1 to access telecommunications relay services.
SBA employees are not permitted to assist you with SVOG inquires due to federal grant regulations. Learn more about how to manage your SVOG.
Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) award portal
RRF is no longer accepting applications. Existing RRF awardees can call the RRF's Post-Award Reporting Hotline at 844-279-8898 for technical assistance with the RRF award portal. Closed on all federal holidays. Hotline staff is unable to assist with application statuses or applications that were not funded.
