How to submit a FOIA request
If you need to ask for records under the FOIA, SBA has set up a dedicated site to walk you through the process. On this site, you can:
- Understand what you need to file a request, reasons for non-disclosure, fees, and response times
- Learn what information SBA can and cannot share under the FOIA
