SBA’s 2024 New Hampshire Financial Services Champion Patricia Grauwiler of Enterprise Bank

Commercial lending goes beyond the numbers and great lenders take the time to build trusted relationships with the clients they serve. Patricia (Trish) Grauwiler brings a positive attitude to her job and team and exemplifies the attributes of a Financial Service Champion. Trish has earned the reputation of being helpful, diligent, and customer-centric making her rise to the top in small business lending.

Trish has had an extensive career in banking for over the past 12 years, starting as a commercial lending assistant, and a portfolio manager, and currently serves as Vice President / Commercial Lending Portfolio Manager at Enterprise Bank & Trust Co., in Salem. She works with lenders and small business communities throughout Rockingham and Hillsboro County.  In her capacity as a Portfolio Manager, Trish serves as the SBA Liaison for the New Hampshire lending team and processes and underwrites all SBA Express, 7(a), and 504 applications. Trish played an instrumental role during the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) leading the Enterprise team that underwrote and processed over $750 million in loan approvals. Her team worked tirelessly with the SBA to provide vital economic aid to NH small businesses. Trish was nominated by her colleague Dwight Feeney, Enterprise Bank Commercial Lending Manager/Senior Vice President. In his nomination, Dwight recognized Trish’s dedication and hard work on behalf of NH’s small businesses and her contribution that was instrumental in elevating Enterprise Bank & Trust to one of the top SBA Lenders in NH. “We are excited to celebrate and recognize Trish for the tremendous efforts in lending and are grateful for her commitment to utilizing SBA loan programs and providing small businesses with the access to capital they need to grow, thrive, and succeed, “said Amy Bassett NH District Director.

“I am so honored to receive this award alongside all of the 2024 wonderful small business owners! I am also so happy that I have played a small part, along with our bank, for the growth and success of the small businesses in our community”, said Trish.

Trish lives in Haverhill, MA with her husband, two teenage daughters, and their beloved dog. When she is not busy helping her small business customers, she enjoys volunteering, running, and spending time with her family and friends.

Award winners were honored at the SBA’s 2024 Small Business Week celebration on Tuesday, April 30th, from 8:30 am to 11:30 am at the Tupelo Music Hall, Derry, NH. Register to join us.
