At this Workshop we will review the Strategic Planning Processes for NonProfits. You will learn how using a Strategic Planning Process can translate into Fundraising Initiatives, how to set goals for your NonProfit, and how to create and manage a budget for a NonProfit.

SCORE Fox Valley Member Sonja Baille-David has an extensive background in Professionally Consulting for Nonprofits and will facilitate this Workshop/Focused Interactive Discussion. Sonja is a CPA and MBA. She has "hands on" experience in manufacturing and service operation, plus 8 years of NonProfit experience including Grant Management, and Donor Reporting.
