Important Criteria for WOSB Certification:  Be established small business. At least 51% owned and controlled by one or more women who are U.S. citizens, must manage day -to-day operations and make long-term decisions, and be the highest paid owner and highest-ranking officer.  WOSB and EDWOSB set-aside contracts are restricted to designated NAICS:
