We've all heard about the importance of saving for retirement, but how do you offer a retirement program to your employees when you're a small business? The State of Connecticut has a solution for you.
MyCTSavings is a retirement savings program for small businesses, sponsored by the Office of the State Comptroller. Businesses with 5 or more employees that have been in business since January 1, 2023, and do not offer a retirement plan are required to sign up for MyCTSavings or provide another qualified retirement plan for their employees. MyCTSavings is free to businesses, and voluntary for employees.
