2024 IMPACT Summit

Event description

Since 2012, weVENTURE WBC has hosted an annual IMPACT Summit business leadership conference. This half-day event is an opportunity for professional women and men to network and learn from experts in fields of business management and strategy, communications, and professional development. Our Keynote Speaker, Dr. Lauren Hodges, will help all attendees achieve less stress and more joy, and engaging breakout sessions are an opportunity to learn from local experts. Numerous B2B vendors will be there, with information about how they can help your business grow, and this is a wonderful chance to meet the weVENTURE WBC coaching team in person. If you are not yet a client or new to the area, this is a great introduction to the weVENTURE WBC program and network of empowered women.

For the second year in a row, the event will also feature pitch presentations from the three finalists for the weVENTURE WBC IMPACT Grant, and we will award the cash prizes live on stage! Everyone will be inspired by the ingenuity and determination of our local clients. 

The day concludes with a VIP lunch for sponsors and speakers to deepen connections. 

IMPACT SUMMIT SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

As applicable, sponsors may choose to make their ad for the program a discount or promo code for use in their business.  All corporate investors donating $2,500 or more* are recognized by weVENTURE WBC year-round as an Equity Partner-level investor on our website and during all business education and training events.

$150 - One ticket to the event and luncheon as well as a business-card-sized ad in the event program

$250 - Two tickets to the event and luncheon as well as a quarter-page ad in the event program

$250 VENDOR TABLE - Two tickets to the event and luncheon, a quarter-page ad in the event program and one of a limited number of vendor tables to promote your business to attendees.  Please contact Susan Erickson, serickson@fit.edu  for availability.  Do not submit payment until approved.  

$500 - Four tickets to the event and luncheon, as well as a quarter-page ad in the event program.

$1000 - BREAKOUT ROOM SPONSOR - Four tickets to the event, a half-page ad in the event program and recognition as a breakout session sponsor including opportunity to introduce the speaker.  Must apply!  Two left!

The following sponsor levels include four tickets to the event and luncheon OR two tickets to the event and a vendor table, as well as a half-page ad in the program

$2,500 BREAKFAST SPONSOR - Business recognized on signage at the morning coffee and breakfast display SOLD! 

$2,500 STEP AND REPEAT SPONSOR - Business logo included in the step and repeat banner used for photo opportunities SOLD!

$2,500 SWAG BAG SPONSOR - Business logo on the branded bag given to all conference attendees. Can be a combination of cash and in-kind donation if the sponsor would like to provide the bags.  AVAILABLE

$3,500 VIP LUNCH SPONSOR - Business recognized on signage at the VIP luncheon and brief speaking opportunity SOLD!

$5,000 PRESENTING SPONSOR - Logo included on all event promotional materials, as well as the opportunity to speak at the beginning of the event. AVAILABLE
