• The definition and benefits of registering as a Limited Liability Company (LLC)
• Common missteps and misconceptions about having an LLC
• What business owners can do for themselves and when to bring in an attorney
• Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Certification & System for Award Management (SAM) Registration for government contracts
• The process and benefits of Women Business Enterprise (WBE) Certification

Featuring a panel of experts representing the legal field, WBENC Certification, and the Small Business Administration (SBA), this workshop will provide insight on how to get your LLC off the ground and off to a good start!
