This 3-hour session will build upon your attendance at Session 1. However, if you have your Mission, Vision, and Core Values built and you have a clear understanding of your leadership philosophy then you can attend Session 2.

You will continue working on how to:

  • Build out your Mission, Vision and Core Values
  • Align your leadership philosophy with MVCV
  • Identify your unique position
  • Identify your competitors and how to compete
  • Build your G.O.A.T (Goals, Objectives, & Actions Template)
  • Align clear accountability metrics to your strategy

NOTE: When you login to the webinar, on your screen you will receive an Invite to Promote to Participant. Accepting the invitation allows you to more fully participate in the session including being able to use Chat (as an Attendee the Chat is unavailable to you). The term Participant is misleading because you are not required to participate in any way other than listen. Please accept the invitation.
