For Small Businesses owned by Minorities or Women wanting to obtain a contract with New York State, or those interested in MWBE 

New York State’s goal is to award 30% of its contracts to minority or women-owned businesses. In 2023, New York City alone awarded $6 million to MWBEs!

Being certified results in your being on a list used by government, the private sector and contractors seeking minority and female participation.
