Why would anyone in their right mind go into this business? Real talk about taking care of food and hospitality business, and the needs of the whole entrepreneur, helps make sure they can sustain each other. Part of planning for success is being honest about strengths and weaknesses, making plans to fill knowledge gaps, and leveraging superpowers for satisfying success.
