Event description

Business planning can be daunting. Knowing what’s unique about food business that needs particular focus makes the process more fun. In particular, forecasting revenue and expenses can feel intimidating, but once you know the principles, the industry and how the numbers work together, you’ll feel (and be) ready to get to work.
