Join us for a work session series from the Wyoming Small Business Development Center Network. In each session, the group will explore topics and learn from each other using open sharing and guided discussion. Each meeting will provide two hours of time to network, discuss, and create policies and practices that build resilient small businesses.

Week #2 – Monday, September 16 – Customer Service

  • Assess and enhance your current staff training procedures
  • Establish methods to measure the quality of your customer service
  • Build a solid customer service value proposition that sets your business apart

Presenters: Devan Costa Cargill is an entrepreneur and teacher. Devan launched her consulting career in the public-school system, specifically Special Education. For the past 10 years, she operated her own small business, providing consultation and enrichment to families and early educators. Her work with the SBDC began in April 2021, advising small business startups through the first important steps of their journey. Outside of work, Devan loves camping and reading. She enjoys a strong cup of coffee to start the day and a thick steak to celebrate a successful week.
