SBA DAYS: Capital Readiness for Entrepreneurs 

Join us for SBA Days: Capital Readiness for Entrepreneurs to enhance your financial knowledge and drive your business forward! Our comprehensive series of financial education events is designed to empower entrepreneurs and business owners with the knowledge and connections they need to succeed. SBA Days will include an interactive workshop on financial statements, revenues, and cash flow planning, a workshop on the various SBA loan programs, a lender discussion panel on navigating the financial world of business loans, and a dynamic small business and lender matchmaker to help foster direct connections with potential lenders. Each event aims to provide practical insights, strategic guidance, and valuable networking opportunities.

Join this workshop for an exploration of business financial statements, understanding revenues, and cash flow planning. Learn how to effectively manage and project your business revenues, making you step closer to being bankable.

 

10:00a – 10:45am: “Get Funding to Start or Grow your Business” - by SBA | Alabama District Office

When it comes to small business lending, it’s no secret that SBA loans are highly sought. Join this workshop to learn more about the different SBA loan programs and why they are so coveted. Nearly $250 million in SBA loans have been issued to Alabama businesses this year alone, could yours be next?

 

11:00am – 12:00pm: “Navigating Small Business Financing: Insights from Financial Experts” - Lender Panel and Q&A moderated by SBA

Join us for an insightful panel discussion featuring SBA lenders from various financial institutions. This event brings together experts from the lending community to discuss the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in small business financing. Panelist will share their perspectives on the SBA loan programs and what potential borrowers can do to close the deal on a business loan.
