This is an IN-PERSON WORKSHOP ONLY. The workshop will be held at the UTSA Downtown Campus, Durango Building, Room 2.316. 

Does your client prefer Lady Gaga or Sinatra? Do they read the newspaper or get their news from Twitter? How well do you know your clients and how do you best reach them? When crafting a marketing message, it’s important for your business that you understand the five generations in today’s workforce and consumer market. Though individuals vary, many of the characteristics of the societal groupings hold true and can make the difference in whether or not you connect with your customer. Walk away from this workshop armed with the characteristics of those you are trying to reach and the best way to connect with them. Topics discussed in the workshop include: the five generational groups, techniques and marketing strategies to consider for each group and much more.
