Event description

GSA Schedules (also referred to as Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) and Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) are long-term governmentwide contracts with commercial firms providing federal, state, and local government buyers access to more than 11 million commercial supplies (products) and services at volume discount pricing. GSA contracts are a popular procurement vehicle for some federal agencies but the process to get “on schedule” differs substantially from the regular federal solicitation bidding process.

During this class, we will discuss the 6 key steps all small vendors must take to obtain a GSA Schedule Contract successfully:

  • Determine if GSA is a good fit for your business
  • Determine if your products are required to be purchased from a “mandated” source
  • Research your competition
  • Locate the solicitation that matches your products or services
  • Complete the solicitation package
  • Negotiate with the Contracting Officer

We look forward to seeing you in person at our office in Green Tree on August 6, 2024, starting at 9:00 a.m. Presenters include SBA BOS Dave Pinkosky, GSA Customer Service Director Darrin Barber, and SPC Apex Accelerator Manager Aaron Sims.

All SBA programs and services are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis. Reasonable arrangements for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance. Please contact us at 412-395-6560 or wpainfo@sba.gov. This program will not be available online and will not be recorded.
