Supervising others can be a tough job! Between managing your own time and projects, helping your team members solve problems and complete tasks, and helping other supervisors, your day can fill up before you know it. This workshop will help front-line supervisors become more efficient and more proficient with delegating, providing feedback, resolving conflict, and building high performance teams.

Alan advises small business clients on employment practices and Human Resources solutions related to compliance, professional development, employee relations, total rewards, and more.
