Event description

AI is reshaping traditional business strategies and transforming organizations through its unparalleled capacity for learning and adaptation via advanced algorithms and machine learning models. In 2024, trends like generative AI, micro-interactions, and enhanced personalization are making it more accessible and scalable across various business functions, from customer engagement to internal operations.

However, many organizations struggle to keep pace with this technology due to uncertainties about its applications, what it can and cannot do, potential disruptions, the fear of missing out, and the evolving competitive landscape. While AI excels in providing data-driven insights and automation, organizations must understand its limitations and address the ethical considerations of AI adoption, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability.

As digital transformation becomes integral to everyday life, AI increases the complexity and speed of these processes, challenging organizations to meet the changing expectations of customers, employees, executives, investors, and suppliers. This demands organizations to lead effective transformations and foster a culture of continuous learning for ongoing adaptability.

Rather than dwelling on the current, this seminar equips you for what is yet to come. It conveys key success factors of ongoing transformations in a very compact form and gives you concrete tools. You will be empowered,

·       Gain a deeper understanding of AI and how it impacts your organization.

·       Experience, reflect, and transfer the meaning and potential of AI to your organization

·       Delve into future scenarios of AI and its implications for transformations.

·       Develop an appetite and culture to seize the opportunities of AI

·       Design digital transformation processes for effective implementation
