This results oriented workshop will focus on three major objectives:

1. Discuss the fundamental requirements and benefits of business financing.

2. Identify and detail alternative lending options.

3. Highlight benefits of good documentation and record-keeping for operating a business.

Presenter's Bio: Dr. Terrence D. Duncan, a distinguished leader with a DBA from Walden University and an MBA from Park University, excels in leadership, human resources, and project management. He has published extensively, presented at numerous conferences, and authored "The Four Fits of Holistic Growth" and "The Four Fits of Dynamic Leadership." Dr. Duncan, with over 15 years in healthcare and risk management, also leads J.I. Enterprises and MLP Capital Advisors, offering strategic consulting and business financing. He teaches graduate and doctoral courses, holds three non-profit board positions, and mentors small Black businesses through The Mahogany Legacy Project.
