Do you know the difference between the Buy America Act, Buy American Act, the Federal Trade Commission's Made in USA: Country of Origin Marking rules?
This seminar will explain the differences between them.
Presenters will discuss the compliance challenges and strategies for each of these standards, including applying for binding rulings from CBP, as well as the consequences for non-compliance.
