WOMEN’S SMALL BUSINESS BOOT CAMP presented by UNR Extension and The Urban Chamber of Commerce Powered by SCORE Las Vegas and SBA Resource Partners.

Congratulations, you have successfully started your business. Now that it is now up and running, are you wondering where to go from here? This Women’s Small Business Boot Camp will provide an overview of important next steps as you move from start up to fully operational. This workshop will cover a variety of topics essential for any small business owner. 

Topics covered include:

• Creating a website and social media plan.

• An overview of basic bookkeeping practices. 

• Setting up financial reporting and identifying sources for capital.

• Understanding your small business tax return. 

• Reviewing business insurance options.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to meet representatives from a variety of local partners to better understand the resources available to help. 

Event is offered at no charge. Light breakfast and lunch will be provided. 

Attend this workshop with other women who are also operating small businesses and share your stories while learning more about next steps to successfully running a small business. We hope to see you there.
