2018 Revised Size Standards Methodology White Paper

The comment period was from 4/27/2018 to 6/26/2018. The SBA's revised Size Standards Methodology White Paper (2018 version) explains how it establishes, reviews and modifies its small business size standards.  The SBA regularly revises its methodology and accepts comments from the public on how to identify and weigh the variables used in its methodology.
