Submit this Grant of Authority to the Commercial Loan Service Center servicing your loan portfolio.

Your completed Grant of Authority should accompany your request or subordination or assumption request. Upon SBA approval of your servicing request, this Grant of Authority will be returned to you fully executed by SBA whereupon you may consummate the servicing action and your CDC may execute the underlying pre- approved, state-specific documents on SBA’s behalf.
