SBA, SBDC, SCORE and Operation Hope Join Forces to Host Business Resource Workshop for Ohio Businesses

ATLANTA – As a result of the tornadoes that impacted many counties in Ohio on March 14, a collaborative effort is underway to support business owners with resources to help them rebuild. The Workshop, scheduled May 22, will provide critical resources and assistance to those affected by the disaster.

The event, organized by the Small Business Administration, Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience (ODR&R), hosted by the Ohio Small Business Development Center (SBDC), and features Operation Hope, will offer a comprehensive range of services to aid impacted businesses. Attendees will have access to one-on-one counseling, finance education, business mentorship, marketing services, and much more.

“We meet the business community where they are by helping them navigate our extensive resource partner network,” said Francisco Sánchez, Jr., associate administrator for the SBA’s Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience. “Business owners can connect with our specialists to apply for SBA disaster loans and get information on the full breadth of our programs.”
