SBA Announces 2019 Nevada Lender Award Winners
Nevada - The Nevada District office of the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is honoring 10 lenders for their commitment to providing critical capital to Nevada’s small businesses in 2018. Winners will be recognized at SBA’s Small Business Gala. Prior to the evening celebration, SBA will be hosting a networking event scheduled to commence at 9:00 a.m. and to be followed by a Lender Panel discussion and a Lender Matchmaking Session in the afternoon.
“Our lending partners play a critical role in helping small businesses supply needed funding to entrepreneurs to start or expand small businesses and create good-paying American jobs that help strengthen our economy,” said Joseph Amato, SBA Nevada District Director. “This makes our lenders such an important part of our Small Business Awards Gala.”
Lender awards honor lenders who distinguished themselves in the SBA loan marketplace. Lenders being honored are:

SBA 7(a) Loan Program
1st Place - Seacoast Commerce Bank
Nevada 504 Certified Development Company of the Year
1st Place - Nevada State Development Corporation
2nd Place - Mortgage Capital Development Corporation (TMC)
The 7(a) loan program is the SBA’s most used program because of its flexibility in loan structure and variety of uses. The 504 loan program, which is administered by Certified Development Companies, offers financing for long-term fixed assets including real estate and equipment at below-market rates for up to 25 years.
