ATLANTA – The U. S. Small Business Administration announced today the closing of the Disaster Loan Outreach Centers (DLOCs) in New Jersey.  The Centers will cease operations on Thursday, March 17 at the close of business.

SBA’s Customer Service Representatives are available at the Centers to assist businesses and residents affected by Hurricane Sandy, and the severe winter snow storm on Jan. 22-24, 2016,  by answering questions about the disaster loan program and helping them complete their applications.

Applicants may apply online using the Electronic Loan Application (ELA) via SBA’s secure website at https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela .

Businesses and individuals may also obtain information and loan applications by calling the SBA’s Customer Service Center at 1-800-659-2955 (1-800-877-8339 for the deaf and hard-of-hearing), or by emailing disastercustomerservice@sba.gov . Loan applications can also be downloaded at www.sba.gov/disaster . Completed applications may be mailed to: U.S. Small Business Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155.

The filing deadline to return applications for Hurricane Sandy is Dec. 1, 2016 .  The filing deadlines to return applications for physical property damage and economic injury due to the severe winter snow storm on Jan. 22-24 are April 22, 2016 and Nov. 22, 2016 , respectively.
