China IP legislation and case law update

Event description

This program will examine the latest developments in intellectual property (IP) law in the People's Republic of China, part of an ongoing series of periodic updates on this topic organized by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). 

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear senior USPTO attorneys with extensive IP experience in the People's Republic of China discuss:

• Recently enacted IP policies, legislation, and regulations
• Court decisions on key IP cases

Separate segments will be devoted to:

• Patents
• Trademarks
• Copyrights
• Trade secrets
• IP enforcement
