Your Instructor: Angela Ellis
Angela has been coaching individuals, teams, and groups since
2008. Her style of coaching builds a trusting and collaborative
environment for her clients. She incorporates a blend of
challenging inquiry and candor to spark critical thinking and
lead her clients through a process of discovery. She is
successful with supervisors, middle managers, and executives
because of her own experience in management and leadership
roles.
She has an MBA with an emphasis in Organizational
Leadership. She is certified to administer DISC, Korn Ferry,
and Hartmann Profile assessments as well. She is also a
certified and ACC credentialed coach with International
Coaching Federation (ICF).
She authored two books: Breaking Broke: Mindset and
Actions that keep you broken and Power Within: A Coach’s
Guide for Navigating Leadership and Labor. She is also a
frequent contributor at the IAAP blog called Professional
Edge and a print magazine titled Office Pro. Angela currently
calls Nashville home.
