Event description

Building Blocks is designed for those who have completed our Kickstart training, are working with Child Care Aware of Kentucky, or are part of the Family Child Care Network.  Additionally, it aims to assist established childcare centers in Kentucky with understanding and managing the financial aspects of their business.

Building Blocks covers essential topics such as business plan components, financial projections, market analysis, hiring practices, advertising, budgeting, expense control, financial recordkeeping, family engagement, and connections to CCA and FCC for policies, regulations, and educational curriculum.

This session will be conducted via Zoom in a single session setting, with scheduled breaks for participants. It is an interactive session, and attendees are encouraged to actively participate.
