Loan Servicing Request Guidelines

They are a guide to help lenders (including CDCs) prepare servicing requests to be submitted to the Commercial Loan Servicing Centers (CLSC). Our objective is more efficient and consistent processing ofloan servicing actions by lenders, CDCs and SBA to improve responsiveness to our small business customers. Specific questions relating to loan servicing should be directed to the servicing center having the delegated authority to service.
